In the rare and unfortunate event of an item arriving damaged or there is a concern with your order, please ensure you report this by email (email@example.com) as follows:
(a) within 48 hours of receipt
(b) retain all packaging
(c) provide photographic evidence of the damaged item, the internal packaging, the external packaging
All claims will be dealt with on an individual basis and replacements will be shipped as soon a possible.
We will aim to resolve all other concerns with your order and/or a returns number will be issued. Returns shipping charges are payable by the recipient. Please return in the original packaging, in original condition within 14 days of delivery and a full refund will be issued upon receipt.
All personalised and made to order items are excluded from returns unless damaged or faulty.
